My family is quite unusal for germans :)
My mother has 4 brothers and 7 sisiters which means she has 11 siblings.
I dont know anyone from germany who has a huge family like this, most people i know dont have more than 4 aunts/ uncles.
My father also has just 1 brother which is much more normal in germany.
Germans in generell dont get enough kids thats why they speculate that in some generations muslims gonna be the majority in germany (i have to say inshallah :D)
Having such a huge family could be great if everything was alright. Sadly in my family we dont have contact with everyone. Stil i have some great uncles and aunts on who i can trust in any situatin ( alhamdulillah)
Having such a big family didnt had much of influence on me when i was younger, but now that ill be a mother soon i think about this topic much more.
I wish my child would have contact to my family too, at least when iam in german for visits.
I already worry about how 2 establish a good contact with them and how to make him meet my father.
I dont have contact to my father since iam 18 except for birthday cards and me writing letter( that he doesnt answer :S)
But i certainly want him to have contact to my dad and 2 meet him.
The problem is my fathers girlfriend.
She is with him since many years and i never came along with her very well.
She was jealous about me too much and so did anything to make me stay away.
Now i dont care about her as long as hes happy with her, but i dont want her 2 see my son.
Why?
Bcz iam scared of the evil eye.
Might sound funny, but i do believe in it!
I believe that if i let my son stay near her for longer time her jealousy and hate might give him something like bad luck.
So i have to work out a way to meet my dad without her, which is nearly impossible cause she doesnt let him go anywhere alone ( psycho :P)
I guess im just getting worried now that the brith is sooo near :S
Inshallah all will be solved out once hes born.
Does anyone of u have such a huge family and how u cope with it if u live in another country?
This video is so great, mashallah
and it gives me hope :)
( my cat just starred at the laptop and listend very interested when the azhan in that video played, mashallah :)

Dogs are haram..
But that doesnt mean we can treat them bad!
There is even a hadith which states a woman ( prostitute) who gave water 2 a thirsty dog wnet 2 heaven for her deed. And a woman who mistrested a cat went 2 hell!
We had a dog at my in laws home.
She was there for security and 2 keep the rats away.
Now some time ago she got babys, but sadly only 2 of 5 survived :(
I blame my husbands brother as he was to take care of them but he didnt really care!
The dog was staying on the roof which was like a huge terasse and she could go down into the garden at any time she liked. The little ones stayed at the roof as they were 2 small 2 go down the stairs.
But now someone seemed 2 have poisend them :(
My husbands brother called us some days ago that the dogs died and they were throwing up blood before that :(
I dont get why he didnt get the vet who is having his place not far from the house.
Arent the dogs worth to get help from us?
I know that if we have been there my husband would have done anything 2 save them, as he loved that dog so much.
We actually wanted 2 take one of the babys to our place but we dont have so much place and my husband had doubts so we didnt do it.
I wish we had, cause it would be still alive :(
These are some pictures of them, dont they look so sweet and innocent?
How could anyone harm them???

How 2 win the heart of ur husband
I heard a lesson about this topic and found it very intresting
Though i dont agree 2 all points, i think it can be very helpfull
And its a good reminder of things that most woman know anyway
1. Make ur house a place he likes 2 be at
That means it should be clean when he comes home and it should smell good.
2. Smile when he comes home and welcome him, tell him that u missed him
It will make him feel good 2 be back home
Offer him something 2 drink and give him time 2 get down after the work before u start 2 talk about ur problems..which leeds to point 3
3. Wait 4 the right moment 2 talk about problems
Dont do it when hes doing something and u know he dont wanna be disturbed
( might be a football game or anything else)
Try 2 be calm, also when u think its his fault and discuss it with him in a good way
4. Dont talk bad about his family
Even when hes mad at them, he will stil not accept that u say anything bad about them.
Even if its true what u say, its better not 2 say it.
Just try 2 ignore these kinda things and try 2 not talk about themat all if u dont like them.
5. Practise ur religion
He will appreciate if his wife is intrested in practising her religion and it will help him 2 do the same. Like when its prayer time, ask him kindly 2 come 2 pray.
Remind him in a good way, when he does smething which isnt really islamic ( like swearing) He will respect u 4 it, if hes a true muslim
6. Do the things he likes
If he likes a certain dish, do it regulary 4 him.
If he likes a certain parfum, wear it 4 him.
Make ur hair the way he likes it the most.
That doesnt mean its always about him, but if u try 2 do the things he likes and avoid the things he dislikes he will propably do the same and he will love u more 4 it..Sometimes males are so easy 2 please just by making the cake he loves or wearing the dress he likes so much on u
7. Try 2 obey him
I know this is a hard one, and i struggle 2 do it.
Like if he asks u 2 make tea, or 2 bring him something.
Just do it, its not such a big thing and Allah asked us 2 obey our husbands.
It doesnt mean 2 obey in anyhting against islam cause hats haram. But if he asks u 4 something ( like plz put my moble 2 charge) do it 4 him without asking why and acting as if its a big burden. After some time he will appreciate it 4 sure.
And it will make him look at u in a different way cause it shows him that u love him and dont mind 2 do small ( or bigger( things 4 him.
8. Do him small favours without him asking.
Like bring him tea when hes watching tv or bring him some fruit that u cut 4 him.
It just shows ur love 2wards him and u will get a big reward from Alah for dong more than ur duty 2wards ur husband.
And dont u love it when ur husband does those things 4 u? Like when he brings u the chocolate u like without u even asking him 4 it. Its just a nice thing 2 do, 4 muslims and non muslims.
There r so much more things, but this is what i remember and what i think about this topic.
Iam trying 2 keep the points as good as i can, but its tough sometimes. Especially when u r unhappy with ur life bcz than its hard 2 make someone else happy.
But iam trying, not only 4 my husbands sake, but also 4 the reward ill get from Allah.
May Allah bless all married couples and make it easy 4 them. Ameen

'If man gets 72 wives in Jannah, then what do women get?'
I found this in a discussion site and found it quite intresting as i alwys wondered what will the females get?
The answer though isnt so specified but after all better than nothing i guess.
Anyone have more information about what we will get?
'If man gets 72 wives in Jannah, then what do women get?'
While a man will get many Hurs in jannah, a women would be made the queen of Jannah. Her beauty will far outshine the beauty of the hurs.
Umme Salamah R.A narrates that she said to Rasûlullah SAW "O Rasûlullah, are the women of this world superior or the hûrs?" He replied, "The women of this world will have superiority over the hûrs just as the outer lining of a garment has superiority over the inner lining."
Umme Salamah R.A then asked, "O Rasûlullah, what is the reason for this?" He answered, "Because they performed salâh, fasted, and worshipped [Allah]. Allah will put light on their faces and silk on their bodies. [The human women] will be fair in complexion and will wear green clothing and yellow jewelry. Their incense-burners will be made of pearls and their combs will be of gold. They will say, 'We are the women who will stay forever and we will never die. We are the women who will always remain in comfort and we will never undergo difficulty. We are the women who will stay and we will never leave. Listen, we are happy women and we will never become sad. Glad tidings to those men for whom we are and who are for us.'" (Tabrânî)
Muhammed ibn Ka'b Al-Qurazi t narrates from a person of the Ansâr (people of Madînah) that Rasûlullah SAW said, "I take the oath of that Being who sent me with the truth, you are not more acquainted with your wives and houses than the people of Jannah. A person of Jannah will come to 72 wives which Allah specially created in Jannah (hûrs) and 2 human wives. The human wives will have virtue over the [hûrs] because they worshipped Allah in the world.'' (Targheeb Vol.4 Pg.534)
This will be the high position of the women of the world in Jannah.
If a women had more than one husband, she will choose which one of them to stay with, and she will choose the one with the best character. As for those women who never married or their husband were mushriks, they will be allowed to marry whichever worldly man, they so wish, in Jannah. Thus every man in Jannah will have 2 wives from the world.
If we have full conviction in Allah's promise that he will fulfil our every desire in Jannah, then instead of worrying about what they will get in jannah, the women should concentrate their endeavours on pleasing Allah and thus getting to Jannah. As for pleasing us in Jannah, That is Allah responsibility, so he will do His and we should do ours. The greatest pleasure in Jannah for men and women will be the very pleasure of Allah. Everything else will be secondary.

Pregnancy in Islam
Am quite bored at the moment since my husband works on some papers and i got nothing 2 do i was searching in google about pregnancy in Islam. I didnt find much of intresing information. But i like this link http://www.shariahprogram.ca/women-islam/virtues-of-pregnancy.shtml
And this is what it says there:
· When a woman is pregnant with a child, all the angels will make Istighfar (repentance) on her behalf. Allah SWT will, for each day of her pregnancy, write for her 1000 good deeds and erase from her 1000 bad deeds.
· When a pregnant woman starts to feel the pain from contractions, Allah SWT will write in her records as someone who is doing jihad (spiritual or physical struggle) in His path.
· When a woman becomes pregnant by her husband and he is pleased with her, she obtains the reward of a person engaging in fasting for Allah SWT and a person spending the night in ibaadah (worship).
· A woman from the time of pregnancy until childbirth and weaning the baby, is like the Mujahid (someone fighting in the path of Allah, swa) who is stationed on the frontiers of the Islamic land. If she dies during this period, she dies the death of a shahid (martyr).
· Two raka'at salaat performed by a pregnant woman is better than 80 raka'at salaat performed by a non-pregnant woman.
· A woman who is pregnant gets the reward of fasting during the day and of doing ibaadah (worship) during the nights.
· A woman who gives birth gets the reward of 70 years of salaat (prayer) and fasting. For each vein that feels pain, Allah SWT gives her the reward of one accepted hajj (Pilgrimage to Makkah).
· If the woman dies within 40 days of giving birth, she will die as a shahid (matyr).
(Hadith)......."A woman that dies in her virginity or during her pregnancy or at the time of birth or thereafter (in nifaas) will attain the rank of a martyr"
Nabi(salalaallahu alayhi wassallam) is reported to have also said ".......When her labour pains commence, the inhabitants of the earth and the sky are unaware of the stores of comfort that are prepared for her. When she delivers and breast feeds her child, then she will be granted a reword for every gulp of milk, if she had to remain awake during the night for the sake of the child, she will receive the reword of emancipating seventy slaves in the path of Allah Ta'ala. O Salaamat! Do you know who these women are? They are pious, upright, with a delicate nature yet obedient to their husbands and not ungrateful to them"

Hijab or no Hijab?
This post inst really about me :)
Am waering hijab since about 4 years and am happy with it. I started 2 wear it about 1 year after i converted and after i already was wearing caps 4 some time.
I just wonder, do u ever tell people if u think their outfit isnt really fitting 2 a hijab? I dont mean like if u dont like their outfit. I simply mean if it islamicly isnt right and the hijab doesnt save it anymore.
For example a girl that wears tight jeans and a tight shirt + a hijab. it doesnt make sense 2 cover when anyone can see the exact shape of ur body, does it?
I know a girl that goes out in a way like that, even not soo extrem, and i wonder if i should talk 2 her. But in the same way im sure she knows...
So what do u do in this kinda situations?
